Undoubtedly derived, Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood is somewhat specifically an Airplane!-style (absurdist) spoof of those certain four crime drama movies: Menace II Society, South Central, Juice and Boyz n the Hood.
