You are right in both cases. The Purge (2018) is not the sequel, it is a TV series of the franchise in which he appeared in one of the episodes playing the character of the first film. Sinister 2, it was my mistake. The character from the first film did not appear in the sequel. I deleted this saga from the poll list.

Right, it was such a long time ago that the first one came out. I haven't seen the sequels to it, though. I didn't even know about Midnight So, that might be why it didn't dawn on some of us.
