Personally, I would list Monica last, its going to be a landslide, but you could make it a little more competitive by making poll takers look beyond the first choice. Plus, some poll takers vote for the first choice no matter what, so that role will get an extra bump on top of that. I think it might be competitive between Monica and Gayle otherwise, if you level the playing field a bit.

I think her performance as Meryl on Seinfeld was pretty memorable, even though it was for a single episode. I think it should make the list, as it was one of her better performances and was well seen, IMHO.
