Live Poll: Bloodless Horror Movies

While it's expected not to see much blood and graphicness from the early Warner classics, gore and graphicness have been associated to the horror-genre ever since the rise of the slasher film in the 70s. Still, many horror films resisted the trend and provided many thrills and jump scares without relying on blood or gory effects.

Which of these "bloodless" horror movies of the last 40 years is your favorite?

Antichrist has some blood, see for instance the Parents Guide here:

Thanks for the suggestions, I added them all, there's something awkward in having "Body Snatchers" and "Poltergeist" and then movies from the 2000s/2010s so maybe I will stick to movies from the last 20 years.

Last year, I suggested a poll about horror movies where no one died and it was revealed that a few of my entries featured deaths, please, if one of the listed films contains a few bloody scenes, let me know so I can remove it.

Why isn't The Exorcist a choice on this list? No blood in that, only pee and pea soup.

Because it's still pretty graphic (the projectile vomit, the bleeding sores, the twisted (easily memed) spinning head, etc...).

And oh! Do the damn math. The Exorcist is over 40 years old.

I think a lot of these films still have fairly bloody moments- not as much as your usual horror movies but still. Remember the face melting scene in Poltergeist? The horrific vision of the accident in The Babadook? Or the scene in Annihilation where they cut a guy's stomach open to see his intestines?

I said Invasion of the Body Snatchers since I'm watching it now.

Is The Fly bloodless?  If it wasn't, then it may have been off-screen.

I could swear some on the list had blood such as Tremors, but I wasn't looking for blood.  Will have to watch a few again.
