George Bernard Shaw is one of the most acclaimed dramaturgists of the English language. But only a few people know that in addition to his Nobel Prize of Litterature, he won the 1939 Oscar in the Best Writing category for his work on Pygmalion.
To this day, he remains the only person to have won both a Nobel Prize and an Academy Award.

I missed that November 2, 2020 is the 70th anniversary of George Bernard Shaw's death.
My favorite play based upon the work of George Bernard Shaw is My Fair Lady (1964), which is an adaptation of Pygmalion (1938). Shaw intensely disliked My Fair Lady. He believe that it trivialized his play.
As to best, I am torn between Pygmalion (1938) and Major Barbara (1941).

I've only seen My Fair Lady and Pygmalion. I found Pygmalion a little boring so my vote is for My Fair Lady.
