What ages are you setting for this list? Where do "kids" end and "adults" begin?
Most of us agreed that one should be at least 10 years old before being exposed to this nightmare:
Also, The Witches was considered too frightening/emotionally scaring for anyone under 9.
They also came up with these (beyond what you had on your list):
Any number of Miyazaki movies
Toy Story of Terror!
The Sword in the Stone
The Secret of Roan Inish
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
The Borrowers
Cartoon of the Halloween Tree
The Littlest Vampire
Beetlejuice
The Canterville Ghost
The Spiderwick Chronicles
Kubo and the Two Strings
The House with a Clock in its Walls
Tremors
The Dark Crystal
The Last Unicorn
Box Trolls
James and the Giant Peach
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
Book of Life
Dracula (1931)
Frankenstein (1931)
The Mummy (1932)
The Goonies
The Creature from the Black Lagoon
Tremors
ET
Rikki-Tikki-Tavi
Howard Lovecraft and the Frozen Kingdom

Several of the movies on this list (including Monsters inc. and Labyrinth) I wouldn't consider to be Halloween movies. Also, I think The Nightmare Before Christmas is really aimed more for adults than kids. So, I voted for Coraline to be #1 followed by Ghostbusters, Hocus Pokus, and Paranorman. (I wish you could vote 2nd and 3rd choices in these polls.)
