I'd consider most of the later Superhero-movie to become cult classics. The spideys with Tobey Maguire or Tom Holland, The Avenger-movies are cult by now. The last Suicide Squad movie, Zack Snyders cut of Justice-League, the b&w one. Avatar is cult. It's difficult to limit the options, because there are so many mass phenomenons is the last 20 years.
