I don't see CODA (2021) as a remake of The Departed (2006). The two have completely different stories. However, CODA is an English-language remake of the 2014 French film La Famille Bélier (2014) as the stories are basically the same. The Departed (2006) is a remake of Infernal Affairs (2002), original title: Mou gaan dou (2002)

FYI, depending on how you define a remake, the number of English-language remakes of films previously and originally made in a foreign-language might be as high as four.
