@BonaFideBOSS​ Thanks, that is always helpful. But, it still doesn't help with the four titles that seemingly check every box you require and still can't seem to find their way into the listed answer pool.

• To be included on the list, a feature film must be:
• Highly rated (as defined by the following parameters)

 - 25,000 votes and an average rating of 7.5 or above.
 - [OR] 50,000 votes and an average rating of 7.0 or above.

• mostly/entirely in a non-English language (unclear)
• sci-fi genre movies
• a feature length film

'1959'(2021

'1959' (2021) is an Indian streaming platform release that is shown free via sponsored advertising but exceeds the traditional movie length to be considered a feature film.

- 'Cowboy Bebop' is already on the list.

- 'Okja' primary language is English.
- 'Vampire Hunter D': although it's a Japanese production, its original language is English. It doesn't even have dubbed version.
