Mark Hamill's entry could be expanded with Full Throttle (1995), first ever video game to use proper, union voice cast (which I believe a fact that deserves a mention).

FYC:
Rutger Hauer as Master Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts III (2019)
Michael Ironside as Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell series.
Bruce Willis as Trey Kincaid in Apocalypse (1998).
Most of the cast of Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game (1995) (although they actually provided visual sprites as well as voices)

BONAFIDE BOSS, I'd say that original video games should have a preference over ones that are based on existing medium, but that's just my opinion and it's your poll, so I'm totally okay with whatever path you choose.
