@Jessica​  I added Dewey Finn to the list, he is a great 21st century bow tie suggestion.

The 21st century list is a work in progress, until I get ten more worthy 21st century bow tie characters to add to the answer pool. But, I have no problem double listing characters in both centuries, especially if they are from notable movies. But, they likely would be the first to go, if I had to cut some options to get under the thirty-five maximum limit. The list that they should be taken off would be the 20th century list, since it has the most extra options anyways.

As of now, I need more bow tie options from the 21st century, not less bow tie options, so it is a non-issue. I am forced to list those three both century characters, as well as, three other characters that are less notable that are better suited for the honorable mention list just to fill out the answer pool for the time being.
