Top 300 Contributor Leaderboard for September

Thanks to everyone who contributed to IMDb in September, we appreciate all of your contributions, and thank you for sharing your knowledge with the wider IMDb community. There is a distinct back to school feeling about the September results, which is reflected in our increased submission counts.

I have BIG news, we have a new number 1 for September, and that is the first time the top spot has changed hands since we introduced the monthly leaderboard! A huge congratulations to matthias_metzger, who pipped inespape-1 to the post by 592 items. Well done matthias_metzger, you submitted a whopping 193,373 more items than your August total! Those 2 contributors alone submitted an incredible 26% of the total leaderboard items.

The leaderboard contributors amassed a total of 2,176,519 items during September, that’s 27,628 more items than by the leaderboard in August, with one day less in the month! That works out as an average of 72,550 items a day, 3,023 items an hour and 50 per minute from our top 300.
