IMDb will soon reach 10 million titles listed in the database! The 10-million mark will be hit early this week, most likely on March 22 or 23.

At the time of this post, the number of titles on IMDb is 9,953,230, and counting. You can watch the number grow using the search linked below.

The number of titles on IMDb has grown dramatically over the last three months. According to the official stats page, as of December 2021 there were 8,744,296 titles. Since then, more than 1.2 million titles have been added.

Yes, but some titles have also been deleted over the past day as @Nomissimon10 works to clean up some of the mistaken duplicates. Depending on how efficient and comprehensive he is with his cleanup (and whether IMDb staff assist), we may see the numbers drop significantly.

There is no way to estimate how many duplicate podcast episodes are now on IMDb as a result of the bots, but I would not be surprised if we're talking hundreds of thousands of duplicate titles.
