archive footage and order numbers

I have just been adding the credits for Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two Episode #19.58 and this raised an interesting question about how to enter some of the credits.

There is a segment where three of the professional dancers discuss show dances from the finals of previous seasons of Strictly Come Dancing with clips from selected dances that have captions naming the dancers. The three professional dancers are announced by their first names as an introduction to the segment:

The first three clips feature the three professional dancers but in a different order and the clips have captions with the full name and the name of their celebrity partner. For example, the first clip is this one:
How should these two be credited?
John Whaite appears only in the clip but is named on screen so as I understand it he should have an (archive footage) credit. Does being named on screen mean he should have an order number or does the archive footage mean he should not?
Johannes Radebe is in this episode as one of the professionals in the discussion so should not have an (archive footage) attribute. As I understand it from discussions I remember seeing, being in the episode means no archive footage attribute even if the person also appears in archive footage. Since the full name is only in the caption of the archive footage, should he be credited (as Johannes)? Does the introduction by the presenter make a difference? It is common for introductions by the presenter in this show to be by first name only and I would tend to be less strict about an 'as' than if the partial name was in an on-screen caption or the end credits. There is also the question of the order number. The introduction was in the order Dianne, Katya, Johannes but the clips with on-screen captions are in the order Johannes, Dianne, Katya. Being announced and also named on-screen means they should get order numbers but who gets which number? I tend to go with the order in on-screen captions for the interviews in the episode but here the captions are for archive footage.

There are more interviews with on-screen captions after this segment so the answers will affect those order numbers too.

Anyone who is credited can have credit order.

Since the full name is only in the caption of the archive footage, should he be credited (as Johannes)?

I don't think an "as" attribute is required here since the full name is also used, though the policy is somewhat unclear as seen from discussions about "also as".

The introduction was in the order Dianne, Katya, Johannes but the clips with on-screen captions are in the order Johannes, Dianne, Katya. Being announced and also named on-screen means they should get order numbers but who gets which number?

The guideline allowing spoken credits to be considered suggests that the first credited appearance determines credit order, whether the credit is written or spoken:

"For non-fiction titles where the people appearing on camera are generally not in a separate cast list, their first onscreen appearance where they are identified either by a caption or spoken name is used to determine their credited name and order."
