I just submitted information to create a new title for a short film. How long does it take for this submission to be approved?

I've been searching for a few days and can't seem to find a clear solution. I have a trailer for an odd short film that I had a very small role in on my page, however I would really like it removed. How?

I'd like to keep the photos in the episode list attached the same so the photos fit the horizontal frame. However, I want to change the primary image in the main episode page to fit the vertical frame, but I don't get the image to change the primary image when I go to edit. How can I fix this?
