Eight Hundred Dollar Value - Poster Image deletion - Scorecard submission, now irrelevant to title

Hi IMDb,

Why can't this image get deleted? I submitted it via Scorecard years ago and it's now no longer relevant to the title. It refers to the film as 'The Executioner Inside' when the film is called 'Eight Hundred Dollar Value'. I've submitted two previous deletion requests. It's my copyright, my image, my upload, it's just now inaccurate.
