There are so many instances of podcast episode listings with no info other than a title. Are they being added by some automated process without manual intervention, or are contributors adding them but not bothering to include anything more than basic info?

For audio podcasts and audiobooks, should cast members have the attribute "(voice)," or is that assumed with those formats?Also, for audiobooks, if someone is reading their own book, would their character name be "Self," or something like "Narrator" or "Reader"?
