James Bond gifts sets/ collector packs
A complete set of "The Fast And The Furious."
A lot of guys like "American Graffiti".
In fact, as part of the promotion for "The Fate Of The Furious", shell gas stations were selling the DVDs for the first six of "The Fast And The Furios", "Back To The Future" DVD and the "American Graffiti" DVD. AG sold out first followed by "Fast Five" and "Fast and Furious 6".
That is something to consider since you have "Back To The Fiture " on your list.

Update: they do sell Dom's cross and die cast scaled models of each of the cars used in the movies specially Dom's Charger and Brian's Toyota.

Ok, now that I got some sort of guide here: no DVDs and Blu-rays, no poster and no cells.
You do list tee shirts.
I got a number of suggestions for "The Godfather" that can also work for "You Got Mail" too since Kathleen Kelly (Meg Ryan) cyber chatting as "ShopGirl" to Joe Fox (Tom Hanks) as "NY152" says. (I'm trying to remember her line while his line is a cut and paste from the IMDb.)
ShopGirl: What is with men and "The Godfather"?
NY152: ""The Godfather" is the I Ching. "The Godfather" is the sum of all wisdom. "The Godfather" is the answer to any question. What should I pack for my summer vacation? "Leave the gun, take the cannoli." What day of the week is it? "Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday.""
So taking care of that one first: obliviously the book "The Godfather" or the book "Pride And Prejudice". They are both mentioned in the movie. ( which I love the movie.) Or better yet, buy him both books and give it to him as a set. It may take a bit explaining on that one.
- there is a book and poster that is entitled "The Godfather Everything I Know In Life"
Now for "The Godfather" itself.
- there a number of great tee shirts like 1) a picture of the Ferrari symbol with the horse head cut off and says "Corleone" under it.
2)Other tee shirts with the sayings "Leave the gun. Take the cannoli" or "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer."
- there is a "The Godfather" wine gift box with corkscrews and such.
- a phone skin or box or case of the movie. Or of any of dad's favorite movie for that matter.
