Why did my photos disappear?

I had my photos and reel up for many many years as a regular (non-pro) member.  Like over 2 decades.  When I temporarily signed up for Pro to make some changes, my photos disappeared after I went back to regular IMDb.  Can someone please let me know how to restore?  If I was grandfathered in, surely they can honor that.
