Use stage name but don’t have ID to match

Have you made an attempt to claim the page already? If so, did you follow the guidance in our Help article? There is a section on professional names being different:

3. "Your professional name" will be pre-populated to search for your IMDb page. If your professional name is different from your account name, please select "Change Name". You should enter the name exactly as it appears on IMDb. Click "Search" and you'll see a list of names matching the text you have entered. 

If you have made a page claim request, I can track it down and check on its status and whether any issues have occurred.
