IMDb Pro - asking to renew membership

I have a free account on IMDb Pro as a top contributor. Yesterday as I was logged into IMDb Pro, I was kicked out of, with all subsequent messages I am receiving as I try to log back in stating that I have to renew my membership. I am unsure what is happening or how to rectify the matter.
