CLAIMING MY PAGE NOT WORKING

I've been trying to claim my company's page for a week. I've emailed the support people. I have an IMDB pro subscription. What is going on? How do I solve this? Please help. Thanks! Every time I log in, the "claim page" button stares back at me, as if I haven't already gone through the process a dozen times.
