There is a Where to Watch tab now.
But the Refine and Sort options are not the full offering of custom lists. Would like them all please.
Aha!
There _is_ a way to get all the Refine options found on custom lists - at least on the desktop version of IMDb:
Edit your Watchlist.
Then remove the right portion of the URL, beginning with /edit
Voila! The Watchlist is now accessed by its list constant (in the url), and the Refine options are presented, including On TV.
Kudos to @cinephile for finding this.
Same applies to Checkins.
Finding the list constant means you can also share your Watchlist and Checkins with others to perform

Clever. This works like a charm. I verified that I could access my own watchlist while signed off using this method.
