I think it's another problematic poll, for many reasons: a/ beauty is subjective to begin with, so you've really gotta go with actresses who are unanimously regarded as beautiful, and some inclusions in your list are debatable b/ this has got to be a picture poll so we can have an idea of how beautiful they are, Kristen Stewart's picture isn't very flattering and some don't even have a picture c/ the question isn't that relevant and to be honest, it's a bit awkward... are we supposed to judge the sex-appeal, the facial features, the curves? see what I mean?

Additionally, the subject heading should be "Top 30 Today's World's Most Beautiful Celebrity Women", for good measure of being technical, since the context is contemporary and about women of whose physical appearance the public is aware. It is possible that the most beautiful woman in the world at or around this time is not famous, notable or well-known in even the slightest way. A problem that may be worth acknowledging is that out of eight billion people, there are bound to be a large number (not a large percentage) of people who look alike anyway, meaning that any winner of such a question is likely to be tied with anywhere between one to maybe one hundred other women on earth.
Perhaps it's the one whose head is on the pillow next to yours, when you wake up in the morning. That's if you're lucķy, and have good judgment in these matters
