What happened to the old ACT1 website?

Did anyone here ever use the old ACT1 website? It was an archive of different user profiles and had answers to frequently asked about I Need Knows topics. I see there's a user here that goes by that name, so I assume it belonged to him.

I was wondering if this site is still up and running since I can no longer find it. If not, does anyone know of another location where you can browse through old user profiles?
