What can I do for better verification? I've put in my password short before. Are there countries which are better accepted via VPN? I usually use VPN.

@Breumaster​ Hi Breu, I'm not sure. My guess is that there's nothing that you can do because it doesn't happen as a response to anything that you're doing. It was happening to me pretty frequently for a while and then it just stopped and hasn't happened since. Perhaps the only thing to do is let it run its course. I'm sorry that I don't know more. Dan or Peter may know more about it.

Well ... this thread here is the best way to contact you about the problem, because the thread that is concerned by this malicious issue can't be seen, because it's privated. Where else should I open my heart about? To give that thread a better face, I could re-title it - if you want so. What would you suggest? Sould I title it more factual? If other user have the same problems they could post it here. Just gotta change the intro for it - more explaining, maybe?

The moment it happens, I simply hate the server. I did write nothing that's too compromising. The bot is a real sissy. I don't chalk it up to the admins. Not your fault. But still it angers me.

@Breumaster​ Why do you keep asking the question on it making sense? It's clearly a glitch in the software - hence the randomness of it happening. I'm pretty sure the Sprinklr server doesn't have a vendetta with you. Whatever the glitch maybe, if they find a fix, I bet they'll fix it. Because it's relatively rare, I suspect it's not a super high priority for the server developers.

Just keep bringing the problem forward to the admins and they'll do what they do best. Don't take it personally when it happens.
