PS: Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer 100th Anniversary 1990s Movies (Ready)

In 2024, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) celebrates the 100th anniversary of its founding on April 17, 1924. MGM was formed by combining three existing studios: Metro Pictures, Goldwyn Pictures and Louis B. Mayer Pictures into one major studio. Louis B. Mayer was tapped to lead the newly formed MGM, with 24-year-old wunderkind Irving Thalberg appointed as its head of production. MGM quickly established itself as one of Hollywood's most prestigious studios, known for the quality of their film offerings, their commercial success and for having "more stars than there are in heaven."

Which of these select Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer* produced by and/or presented by films released between 1990 and 1999 is MGM's greatest accomplishment during this period?

* answer pool includes 1990s titles from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer aka MGM (1990-1999), United Artists, a Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer subsidiary (1990-1999), MGM-Pathe Communications (1990-1992), reverted to MGM after failed MGM-UA Communications deal fell apart due to financial irregularities and Orion Pictures (1997-1999), a Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer subsidiary

This information differs from what is posted elsewhere. But, I would suppose MGM largely financed the production and after its initial release the other co-production companies fully tranfered their stake and rights in the movie and franchise to MGM. The entire Stargate media franchise, including the SG-1 TV series has been owned by MGM for nearly thirty years. The three other co-production companies were playing the short game and were in it for the profits from the initial release.
