The optimal combination of qualities required to be a great leader is something everyone has a decided opinion on. The World of Westeros franchise has delivered a few characters that have excelled in measuring up to anyone's standards, regardless of their personal benchmarks. Likewise, when objectively measured against the same slate of leadership qualities, more than a few franchise characters have failed miserably. In certain situations, some might even argue, not leading is what can make a leader great.
