Private option problem

At first, when I was making the list, it was in private mode

But when I wanted to add a poll on this site, I removed it from private mode.

But I don't know why this post is private.

How should I change it?

Should I delete and make a new post?

In the picture, “private” option is visible next to the “no status” option
