Since you're asking which is the most beautiful, maybe should you put that in the title? There are millions and millions of non-CGI movies out here.FYC:Tetro - PAINFULLY GORGEOUS (but then there are credits for special effects and visual effects! Grrr....)The Fountain - I wasn't completely behind the story but the film is frickin' beautiful. Plus: Instead of using CGI, Darren Aronofsky chose to do the visual effects for the film by using micro-photography of chemical reactions on tiny petri dishes. He has said that CGI would take away from the timelessness of the film, and that he wants the film to stand the test of time. (but then there are credits for special effects and visual effects! Grrr....)Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain (DItto!!!)Les demoiselles de Rochefort - The colors!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ok. Wait a minute. How can Inception be on this list when there are over 100 people credited for effects on it? It's the same with American Beauty and I assume many others, though I'm not going to look them all up. Now I'm really confused...

Does 'The Artist' match your rules? I guess it was not all (100% of scenes) actually filmed.Maybe it has 2% CGIs?
