In order for your idea to be published as a poll, first you need to make a list in your IMDb profile.
1.- The title should be the title of your poll, and since you have two options in this case it is prefered if you label it as a Face-Off.
2.- Add a question and a link back to this thread in the discussion.
3.- Post the link to your list here so it can be reviewed.
Once that is done the idea can be considered.

New suggestion, this one with use.
Polls with two options are usually reserved for Friday, and they are titled as Face-Off.
You could change the title to Face-Off: "Dexter: New Blood" vs. "House of Dragon" to make it eligible for this day.
