Poll Suggestion: Which 65+ Screen Legend Without an Oscar Should Receive an Honorary Award?
Intro:
This poll highlights outstanding screen performers over 65 who have not won an Oscar yet. Their work has influenced generations and defined entire eras of film and television. Choose the one you would most like to see honored with a lifetime achievement award, knowing that all of them fully deserve recognition. After voting, feel free to discuss it here.
Suggestions:
Please not the criteria before suggesting:
Age 65+, no Oscar before. Please also look at women, not only the dudes. I've split the option in two parts: female/male. An the most important: The suggested should really have strong achievements. I'm heading for a maximum of 20 actors/actresses per list. I don't want it to be overloaded. No already passed actors.

Donald Sutherland did not receive his award posthumously. These awards are not usually given to people who are already dead. In the few cases where that happens it's often because they died after the award was decided upon. I don't think anyone is expecting Alan Rickman to be included.
