I have forgotten what your rules are for inclusion, but every one of these characters has additional appearances in videos, shorts and on TV series as the same character. Plus, Dominic Toretto has an uncredited movie appearance in the Tokyo Drift The Fast and Furious film installment. I would list them, but there are more than a dozen, so it might be worth the time to go through the credits again.
Personally, I would detail any feature length titles, whether it be a movie or direct-to-video title, as well as, any multi-episode TV series story arcs that include their character's saga. The remaining odds and ends could be grouped together and account for with a final line * Plus assorted (character's name) videos, short films, etc.
Dom Toretto's appearance in Tokyo Drift is supposed to be a surprise treat, and unlike Ankain and Vader, the surprise isn't instrumental to the plot of any sequels to the movie containing the surprise. However, without a doubt the actor is credited, so the fact is going to be well-represented on outlets like encyclopedias and IMDb.

Game Star is just a show that reused Diesel's voice from a video game. It would be more relevant to mention the video game.
