Maybe: Joe vs the Volcano (starring Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan). It is ranked a lot higher than some of the low budget 2.9 star films you have on the list.

There were also versions of King Kong vs Godzilla made in 1962 and 1963, both of which are rated much higher than some of the films on your list.
THere was also a series of Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla, Godzilla vs Hedora, ... vs Megadon, ...Mothra vs Godzilla, etc.
Godzilla and Kong could almost make their own separate poll with all of the monsters, aliens, and robots they fought against!
