Poll Suggestion: Top Female Actresses Over 30

Actually, I retract that. I would raise the bar to 40.

When I think of older actresses who are still doing great, I think Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, etc who are all 40+

The 30-somethings are still in their prime, and have the ideal balance of youth and experience to get lead roles.

See, this illustrates why the OPs 30 cutoff is too low. All but Kidman, Theron and Winslet are still really young, in their prime, and get plenty of lead roles; more so than most less experienced and established 20-somethings.

@NYVKE​ My opinion is a little different from yours.
These three actresses that you mentioned (Kidman, Theron, and Winslet) are superstars and have higher performance in comparison with the others, obviously...
