I didn't watch 'Out for Justice', but the character seems to fit, regarding to the images. What I had in mind are characters which smell like dirt when you look at them, but sure not only because they are totally sociopaths, bad, criminal, twisted, psychopathic, unpredictable, violent, hateful, ugly. They should be also shown disgusting over the top. Just got another idea: The fat man, which explodes in the restaurant at a Monty Pythons film. He is very bad and also also disgusting. He fits for the list. You wouldn't like to face such a person at a supermarket. If you would meet characters like Annie Wilkes or Burke at the supermarket, they could even be sympathic to you, if wouldn't know their background. Same for Tony Montana. He is still to "clean" for the list. I'd say Tony Montana is at the borderline of what I'm thinking of. I search for unrealistic overdrawn depicted characters. But I guess because I don't know Richie Modano, I'll take him to the list - based in the images on which he really looks like a very disgusting person. Sweat, grease - he looks like a boardwalk rat. They also best look like trashies, beside being bad. The examples I've put on the list should lead you. I know it's difficult to find so extremely overdrawn characters like these, but that's the challange. It shouldn't become too easy.

Thank you. Can you tell me, if he was really bad - or was he more like unfortunate or regrettable? I'd consider him for the list, if he was. But I also didn't watch this movie. Please tell me more about him.

P.S.: He really looks very, very disgusting! One could smell him by looking at.

It's not very often that I have a suggestion instantly popping in mind after reading a definition... that Richie guy has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

@Breumaster​ As far as I remember he was not born evil, he was more a victim of the circumstances. I guess Jason Voorhees without the hockey mask would fit better your criteria...

Got a picture of Jason without his mask? I can't remember any. And I can't remember a movie with Jason which isn't tagged as horror. 

P.S.: The Toxic Avenger is also tagged as horror. I've left them out, because to avoid a flood of uninteresting mediocre movie characters. The Toxic Avenger seems to be ok, but making and exception at that point is not good to explain. Fans of cheaper movies might tear me for that.

P.S.: There are predominantly male characters on the list. If you suggest, I would like to give some actresses a chance which did their job in that kind of role very good. So please: If you suggest, suggest some female characters. The two women on the list did an excellent and very under-rated job.

Bette Davis' Baby Jane Hudson would fit the criteria in my opinion....

I don't think she is disgusting. When you meet her at street you wouldn't turn and go the other way. She isn't dirty and stinking, she doesn't pick her nose, farts all the time, burps, etc. It's not only the behavior. The optics should match, too. And the character should be totally unrealistic overdrawn, like e.g. the Penguin in the second Batman-movie in the ninties. Or like Latrine, the bad which in "Men in Thights".

Still, the way she overuses the makeup, mixes cigarettes with glasses of Scotch she has for breakfast and serves a rat for her sister's... that's not too bad.

But we have an example on the list, who did. Momma from 'Throw Momma From the Train'. She farted real badly. And Owen had to pull out her ear-wax. I like actress she had the guts to use her face for making fun of these stereotypes. Great!

Will Bill has these grindy teeth, which one can smell by watching at them, he is a loudmouth and I remember the scene when he spitted the red Jelly at (I believe it was) Harry Terwilliger. Wild Bill is a disgustung loudmouth nuisance which better stays in jail. He is not only a criminal. He is an aggressively impertinent threat with no slightly touch of manners ... and I'm sure, if he was real, he would stink terribly.

I guess the worst female no-go would be to be drunk until loosing control and lying there with puke around the face or pop running of the pants. Smeered make-up is a good point. Doing ugly things with her period would also fit, I guess.

Funny reply. She wasn't bad at all. Just naive. And with that turn the movie reveals the stubborn attitude of a primrose part of the society against a naive young woman who tries to join. They simply can't cope with her naive behavior. But she didn't learn it better. They were very condescending to her. I sympathize with her. The other women could have been more tolerant by understanding the situation better, but they just wanted their clean world they made up themselves. Their own structures. They didn't understand that this young woman was educated in a way too primitive way, but pretended for her that she can be on the same track like them. Then came the bill. She may behaved disgusting, but isn't bad at all.

When I mentioned the period thing I thought more like women in this German comercial, telling the guy there were no paper towels and soap at the restroom:

Regan McNeil would perfectly fit, if I didn't lock out movies, which are tagged as horror for good reasons. But Scary movie 2 isn't tagged as horror. There is a scene with "another Regan". Thank you for inspiring me. I'll put her on the list. How could I miss her? ;)

Both are close to the border like Tony Montana, but won't cross, because they are not that unrealistic overdrawn. It's not only the behavior. Both of them could be met at a supermarket and no one would remark them. But yes, Dolores' husband is the closest of them three, but unfortunately too realistic. I guess there are people out there who are like that. From time to time it's in the media. Like Joseph Fritzl from Austria. Ugly guy. And disgusting. In public he had many friends, because no none got what he did in his cellar for a very long time over decades. So I don't count Percy or Dolores' husband as overdrawn. As I said it's a matter of optik, too.

I've put the on the list except Sloth from 'The Goonies'. He wasn't that bad and turned good at the end. That's not really a good candidate.
