Poll Suggestion: Oscar-Winning Best Pictures Not in the IMDb Top 250

FYI,

My list is based on IMDb Top 250 lists from IMDb released at the end of each year since its launch and the current/main IMDb Top 250 chart.

I took a look at those links you shared. Looks like some of the films were only on the IMDb Top 250 for 1-2 months, others a day or two.

Please also take a note that none of my IMDb-titled poll or polls in which I mention IMDb are based on any third-party sites. All the data comes from IMDb only.

Your text says "has never been on". The site shows that they have been on the chart.

Those short duration listings are simply not considered.
