The dialogue is incredible. There is also much less violence in this scene than what we could expect and that is what I love about it. Tarantino could have used an amazing Woo-Ping Yuen choreography (but he already did that for the climax of Kill Bill 1). After all this globe-trotting arm slashing, the instigator of everything dies in peace, and the vengeful Beatrice even drops a few tears. It goes "a contrario" of every Tarantino climax. This scene alone makes Kill Bill 2 one of Tarantino's best and "finished" work.
David Carradine could have ended his career on that note. It would have been one of the greatest farewell in cinema's history: "How do I look? - You look ready."

Bill vs. Beatrice fight scene is legendary.
