Nothing against Olivia Coleman, but I felt - as did every other reviewer I read (excluding professional critics) that casting Coleman made for an incongruous viewing experience (as was Helena Bonham Carter). The casting change beginning with Season 3 was so decidedly unpopular that many, me included stopped watching a couple of episodes into Season 3.

Secondly, why is Claire Foy not nominated? I'm hardly alone in the opinion that her performance was exceptional and one big reason why the casting changes were so unpopular.

It's been obvious a fix was in, because while regular viewers agreed the casting change was ridiculous, media critics were effusive in their praise of the casting changes. They made no sense. And now this "IMBD poll" seems to complete the gaslighting experience.

I don't know that the author works for IMDB, but it seems to me more of the same; ignoring IMBD viewer reviews completely.
