Quentin Tarantino and Samuel L. Jackson just love working together. This duo have made not one or two astonishing movies. The director have even said he can't imagine writing a script without including a character for the actor.

By favorite collaboration, do you mean the favorite combo of QT's writing and Jackson's acting talents or simply the favorite film that happens to feature Jackson.

I'm asking because you included Kill Bill Vol. 2 and I'm not sure about it, it's a small role really, almost a cameo... if I vote for the film, it wouldn't say much about how strongly I feel about Jackson, but just about how I feel about the film.

I'm not sure this inclusion serves the purpose of the poll which is to pay tribute to Jackson but based on his significant roles in QT's movies. It's like saying my all-time favorite Gene Hackman movie is Young Frankenstein :)

Well then you would agree that the role of "Rufus the pianist" doesn't exactly demonstrate the full potential of Jackson's talent... a cameo can be that impactful but I think the poll should focus on Jackson's major roles.

Just kidding, but would you believe the feeling has anything to do with Hackman's performance? If one should love Rome, it should be for the Coliseum ot the Sixtine Chapel, not because it has the best McDonald he's ever been to.

The point is to enjoy the 'Romanity' of Rome, not love it for any reason, where's the Hackmanity of "Young Frankenstein"? Or the Jacksonity of "Kill Bill"?

Apropos, just to note, if Rome is your favorite city, then it will also be your favorite among cities that contain a particular "fast" food joint. Now, imagine that your favorite city (favorite because of unique structures standing the test of time) contains the best variation of your favorite franchise-level restaurant. Best not to make any assumptions about the "because".

'Good poll. I'm surprised it hasn't done before so 'good thinking!

I'm guessing that you meant to say "This duo have made not just one or two astonishing movies." It changes the meaning a lot. Also duo should be followed by "has," instead of "have," because "duo" is singular.

Oh, and my vote goes to Pulp Fiction. : )
