I think your title is too short and non-descript about the poll's scope, there are other penguin polls and poll suggestions. As the title is written, it seems it about penguins in general and penguin characters across the board. You shouldn't have too read the text to understand that. I think is a good poll, well-executed and timely for the upcoming The Penguin installment. FYC, if you add two words, it would resolve the disconnect between the title and the question.
