Dune: Part Three (2026) and Avengers: Doomsday (2026) are both massive epic sci-fi films, sharing the exact same release date of December 18, 2026. The two big-budget films both feature Florence Pugh and are the latest installments of well-established franchises.

Which of these two action adventure films do you think will be more successful globally at the box office?

I think you need to be specific, on whether domestic or international box office is your measure.

Plus, culmination is improper to use here, since 

• Avengers: Doomsday is not the final Avengers movie; it will be followed by Avengers: Secret Wars, which is set to be released on December 17, 2027.
• Dune: Part Three is intended to be the final film in Denis Villeneuve's Dune trilogy. After this film, Villeneuve plans to step away from the franchise, making it unlikely for further near-term adaptations of the remaining Dune novels. It is possible that future adaptations could continue after a decade or so and under the stewardship of a new team.
• It remains to be seen whether both films will be highwater marks for each franchise.
