I disagree on Rose Dewitt Bukater. She was trap into an arranged engagement courtship/marriage deal with a man she didn’t love. She wasn’t married yet. If you want a real hardcore cheater to replace her, try this one from the television series “Revenge” https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1837642/... : - Conrad Grayson. His character page is at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1837642/... He was so bad at cheating, he had an open door for a pants zipper.

Oh one of your characters had a hit song about her. Mrs. Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9C1BC...

Aww, thanks.  :)
#1.  Yes, it's that show you've never seen that I keep coming back to: Dallas.  :D  J.R. (Larry Hagman) was always cheating.

#2.  Judy Watkins from Coach.  There may not be an image of her, but it would only take a day and a half to add one.    She dated one of the sitcom's stars for years and finally got engaged to him, but then had an affair and broke up with him because of it.

OK, if I had suggested this poll, here's how I would have made it, these can work as friendly advice, I know you're always receptive to them so here I go:

1/ first, I don't think it's a good idea to mix between TV and movie characters unless it's something very specific, the theme is too broad and you can't compare TV characters whose infidelity is part of a whole "overarching" thing and gave us enough to be analytical about it and movie characters who yield to temptation for reason A or B.

2/ there is cheating and cheating, cheating like having a sexual affair, cheating like living a parallel romance, cheating like being married to someone else, there's also half-cheating when you tell your partner that you're seeing someone... so there are many ways to interpret the cheating and it all depends on the way the other one feels. So we can't really judge about who's being disloyal or not, or maybe we can and some choices are more forgivable... if someone was disloyal but ended up being forgiven, why should we cast a stone on him (or her), if someone destroyed a family because of his cheating then it's easier to condemn him.

3/ The question is negative. We all agree that cheating is morally condemnable (unless it's tolerated within the couple) so maybe it would be more interesting to ask the question the other way: which cheater would we more likely to forgive?
