Poll Suggestion: Celebrate Halloween with IMDb's All-Time 'Horror' Toppers

It's a good idea but here's a suggestion, instead of suggesting any top rated TV episode how about the highest rated Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror episode. If one never watched the show Hannibal, there's no reason to watch that particular episode, and the Simpsons' episode are Halloween specials so it makes sense (you could have a 12th option, too)
