Not sure why you didn't list the first Karate Kid movie.

Which is your favorite movie having Bill Conti in the music department?

This is an awkward way to phrase it.

Also, you included several titles that aren't movies.

@Peter_pbn Thanks for the comment, Karate Kid 1 added.

There are same famous tv series in his credits that's why I included them.

I changed the question to:

Which is your favorite movie or TV Series having Bill Conti in the music department according to his IMDb page (credits)?

@mariojacobs

You included several titles that are in the Composer section and not in the Music Department section. It would be simpler to say something like

Which is your favorite movie or TV Series that Bill Conti composed music for?

Rocky is the title I like the most and the music in it is great but I like the American Gladiators theme so much, so in the end I think that'll be my vote.

I'd probably go with the scores for Masters of the Universe, parts of which have been reused in subsequent work, like The Adventures of Huck Finn and Bushwhacked. Been a while since I've seen Karate Kid, so I'll have to check it out. The theme from Rocky is iconic and seemingly the best of them. I can't remember Dynasty too well, but I vaguely remember liking its music.
