It is just a way to refer poll voters back to this post if they want to talk about the poll. You can see the same thing on other polls at IMDb.

The link will not be clickable at this moment since Get Satisfaction is a different website than IMDb. The link will be clickable when the poll goes live.

We have already reported to make links clickable on lists. Let's see what happen.
