The Croods is 7.0, not 7.1, but it may be better to put your minimum rating a decimal down in order to include it, rather than deleting it.

Option #10 has fewer votes than the "879 votes" you state in your guidelines. (It has 791.)

I'd suggest two easy fixes:

1) Lower the number of minimum required votes so that you can keep #10.

2) Make it a less conspicuous number than 791, which makes it seem like the choice of movie determined the guidelines rather than the other way around. I'd make it something like 700 or 750. 

(If you decide not to keep #10, I'd still change the minimum number of votes required to something less conspicious, like 875 or 850.)
