Live Poll: Academy Honorary Award Best Foreign Language Film
Between 1947 and 1955 except 1953, the Academy presented Special/Honorary Awards to the best foreign language films released in the United States. These awards were not competitive since there were no nominees but simply one winning film per year.
Which movie do you think is the most deserving winner?

Good poll, brijesh! My vote would go to Rashomon or maybe Bicycle Thieves, although I've never seen 'Shoeshine' and have had it on my to-see list.
May I suggest one very small edit? (just an added comma)
