Schindler's List, although every film on this list has merit.  The most beautiful looking, in my opinion, are Barry Lyndon, Titanic and Gone With the Wind, all for their period details.  The Godfather Part II and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King are among my personal favorites. I would have included on the list Lawrence of Arabia and Dr. Zhivago, for their beauty and epic sweep, even though they both drag in places.
