Honestly, if anyone has an idea for the title and the description, It would be greatly appreciated. This poll was delayed because I couldn't find any "Psycho" is not the right word and I know it.

If you need me to clarify what are the criteria for this poll you can ask me questions, I guess that my description is horrible, but you can base yourself on the character already listed to find others.

For now, the main criteria are that they need to inspired fear, and be insensible to the moral consequences of their actions, but they also need to do what they are doing with a complete conscience.

So I have included Hannibal Lecter for now, because he doesn't care about the feelings of anyone or at least, it doesn't stop him for what he wants to achieve.
